Description
Quarto red cloth with black and gilt decoration on bevelled boards (some spotting, soiling/recased with spine repaired) 18pp printed on one side only except for the first text leaf which is printed on both sides + 16pp of publisher's catalogue at the end. Newer endpapers and inscription "To the Children with love from Mrs. Harrison" on back of half title. Slight pale foxing and some fingering mainly to blank back of pages. *Charming illustrations by the sister of the author face the rhyming text.
