Description Folio glazed pictorial card covers and printed on card throughout 14 pages each with a large color illustration and often a smaller marginal color illustration. Covers chipped & spine abrasions but tight/lower cover has one crease and corner curl both covers have all drawings and titling intact. The card pages have some edge-damp marks and some paper toning but never affecting the illustrations or text. Small bookshop stamp of the American Bookstore in Mexico to inside rear cover margin. Other minor signs of use but lovely bright large Disney illustrations. Copyright 1939, 1940 & printed in the United States. Probably 1st edition. Cover shows Pinocchio and Jiminy off to school carrying an apple & books in a strap, rear cover Jiminy lecturing standing on a box of partly open matches.
