Description Post octavo red pictorial cl oth (tips worn/vent to foot) viii + 152pp. Using the Croxall translation of Aesop the Rev. George Fyler Townsend added morals and applications thus The Fox & The Crow moral is Flattery Finds Favour and the Application Compliments cost nothing but many pay dear for them.
