Description
Two Volumes octavo half calf gilt spine overall gilt with 4 gilt labels one red one darker (1cm split to foot of one hinge/damage to one volume's labels/lower board of vol.2 distorted) ix+(5)+348pp vii+336pp. Sold as a reading copy only in a binding that looks great on the shelf because many plates have a damp stain and some foxing but the text except for fewer than a dozen pages is entirely free from foxing/staining. A neat set.
