Frontis + hand-coloured engraved title + printed title + 512pp +index, Vol II hand-coloured engraved title + printed title +454pp +index. *Earlier editions (from 1821) were not published with hand-coloured plates, as later done with the two "enlarged and improved" editions of 1855 and 1864 (as here).
