Description	252x222mm tan coth spined pictorial boards of Piper seated with children dancing around a tree. Spine lettered in green (2" splits to hinges but covers secure/tips&edges worn) 48pgs endpapers white with light brown print and these endpapers show pale foxing & inscription to front EP and torn and loosely laid in for rear EP. Conforms to Schuster & Engen 2a in having no Ltd in the Warne imprint, but p48 has Engraved and printed by Edmund Evans, The Racquet Court Press London. This is an earlier address for Evans' printing works than that given in Schuster&Engen 2b or 3a. An early and crisp Warne edition.
