Rear pastedown has an old bill 1914 for auction purchase. Minor signs of use, several small marginal tears without loss, but neat, tight and paper crisp. *A lovely Emblem book by the Dutch engraver Luiken. The emblematic plates show children's games - dolls, knucklebones, jacks, tops, kites, archery (cross bow), skip rope, soap bubbles, hoops, sling shot, hobby horse - also GOLF (Kolf) in great detail and charming domestic scenes - being sent off to school with hornbook etc.
