Narrow fat duodecimo roan gilt lettered to cover PAGES OF THE PRESENCE, BUCKINGHAM PALACE (tips worn front hinge repaired [6]pp adverts for Boyle's Guides +Titlepage +984pp (this includes approx 100 pages of adverts including illustrations to the end). Marginal repair to first few leaves not affecting text, some other signs of use but tight and sound. *This is the copy used at Buckingham Palace by the Royal Pages attendant on Her Majesty Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. It includes the entire street gazetteer of London at that time with occupants of all the addresses and often their occupation.
