Description	Two volumes (174x107mm) half tan leather with red gilt title labels to each volume and marbled paper sides (edges rubbed) All edges red sprinkled. Half title + book list + frontis + titlepage +357pp +[1]p blank +[1]p table; Vol. II Half title + children's booklist + frontis + titlepage + 386pp +[1]p table. Volume II has a lower corner damp mark but only appearing after the first 100 pages which are clean. This mark touches the printed area on about ten leaves. Some pale foxing throughout, but all pages clean and crisp (Gumuchian 2904 for 1852 edition but calling for only 8 plates).
