Square duodecimo (in 8's) original blindstamped cloth spine gilt lettered (wear to head/foot of spine/tips rubbed & slight edge fading) Lacking front free end paper & some foxing. 5 separately issued stories include "Follow Me" frontis +31pp "The Shepherd of the giant Mountains" 26pp "The Knight and the Enchanters" 22pp "The Stream" 28pp "The Castle on the Rock" Frontis+38pp. Of these titles only the second title has been found in the British Library and nowhere for this Five Tales title. Scarce Moral and religious. allegorical tales for the young.
