Illustrations: Portrait + folding town Map + 22 copperplates as called for including doublpage view of Worcester + view of Worcester + extra plate of the internal view of Worcester Cathedral befre page 33 + Vignette Titlepage to each Volume.

TWO VOLUMES quarto grey paper covered boards, newer blue cloth spines (corners of covers bit worn but neat), printed paper labels and titlepage prints laid on to spine and front board of each volume. All edges speckled. Vol I Cameo portrait of author + titlepage + xviii (Dedication to the King + Subscriber's list + contents & Preface) + 300pp +index. Vol II Titlepage + iii + 114pp + clv + 5pp index. Newer endpapers and titlepage with "Coll: Trin:[ity college] Oxon:" to upper corner with original shelf mark. Lower margin has "Hereford and Worcester County Libraries" neatly stamped and with a shelf mark neatly added below. No other markings to plates or text. Two marginal tears without loss and the folding map strengthened at folds on the blank verso. Scattered light foxing with a wide margin to all pages. *A well-documented and well-illustrated account of the history of Worcester.
