Some faint damp marking, mainly marginal, some dusting & corner creases to first and last pages but a monumental work well worth a rebind with fine illustrations. *This compilation, more generally known as ‘Lowndes's History,’ had been previously issued under Malham's editorship in 1812 (DNB).
