Duodecimo (but in 8's) pictorial cloth with colour floral decoration to cover and spine (covers bit marked but entirely sound) 128pp (includes frontis, title & contents). Prize bookplate of Primitive Methodist Sunday School dated 1904 to pastedown, paper slightly tanned but pages all strong and supple. Aside from the title story, includes How the Birds Praise God + The Conqueror's Jewel + The Wonderful Eyes, all with good moral and religious content by this prolific American author who was Rector of St. Paul's Church, Philadelphia.
