Oblong octavo red cloth spined pictorial cover (tips worn/bit marked esp. to lower cream board, small edge scrapes with paper loss) [40]pp. One leaf re-inserted having edge crease and 2 edge tears but nothing affecting printed area, flyleaves rather tatty & one with 1" corner loss. Inscription in pencil to top blank area of title "Paul Gilbert Epinasse 1907 from Benny, Sailor and Jo". On stiff heavy china-glazed paper throughout. Not found in any bibliography, not in British Library etc. Uncommon nice mouse story.
