Title: DAUGHTER'S OWN BOOK or Practical Hints from a Father to his Daughter
PlacePub: Philadelphia USA
Publisher: Grigg & Elliot

12mo (seems to have collation in both 12's on a numerical basis and in 8's on alphabetical) (135x82mm) tan roan with gilt ruled spine and black label (hinge cracked/cover held by cords/tips worn) 240pp. Corner loss to p55/6 with loss of a few words to both side of this page on the bottom 8 lines. *Very moral - novel reading is BAD, read sermons instead! Plus a lot about chosing a husband - don't marry a spendthrift, nor a miser.
